The bad tradition of unpaid overtime work

I think Japanese people are too rigid about beginning of work time, though they aren’t rigid about end of work time,

So there is a lot of unpaid overtime work😡

 

Japanese GDP is not high ,I think because many people waste time with boring formal things.🤔　

 

For example Japanese style rule of the stump.

 

There are many manners I think I don’t need.

 

How do you think about it?

That is a bad tradition.

I think Employees should claim “My work time is over. If you want me to more work, you should pay money 💰.”

I know it is difficult.

But if many people say that, we can change it.

You are absolutely right! There is the Pareto Principle. You can get 80 percent of the work done in 20 percent. But for the remaining 20 percent of work you will need 80 percent of the time.

Japanese people should accept only 80 percent more often! 😁 then there would be enough time for more important tasks. Without doing overtime at all!

 

 

はてなブログは人に読まれるのか？それともチラシの裏なのか？

はじめまして。他のブログをほそぼそとやっていましたが

なんとなく、はてなブログを始めてみました。

いえ、正確にはなんとなくではないですね。

僕は別で個人的なブログをやっています。

しかしそのブログは、１～２アクセスの足跡が２～３日に１回あるという閑古鳥もダンマリなブログなのです。

少なすぎません？

こんなもんなんですか？

そのへんの草むらに定点観測カメラをしかけても、もうちょっと来訪者いますよね。野良猫とか虫とか、たまにおっさんも映るかもしれない。

そのくらい誰も来ないブログで、たまーに回るアクセスカウントを眺めては

「これは果たして意味があるのだろうか？・・・」

と思い悩む日々なのです。

そこで、いろんなブログを試すことにしました。

とはいっても、

空き家に人が寄り付かないように、更新しないと人に見られることは無いとは思います。

ただ、ぼくは確認したかったのです。

ブログって本当に誰か見てくれるの？

本当にインターネット上にブログに書いているの？

それとも僕は実家の新聞置き場のチラシの裏に書いているの？
